This page explains how credit purchases, failed tasks, and refund requests are handled.
Digital credits
The site provides digital credits and AI image cleanup services. Credits can be used for image cleanup after they are added to your account. Successful tasks use credits; failed tasks do not deduct credits.
Refunds may be considered for
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors
- Successful payment where credits were not added
- Extended service unavailability while purchased credits remain unused
Refunds are usually not available for
- Credits already used for successful results
- Results that do not match subjective expectations due to source image quality, text recognition difficulty, or unclear instructions
- Use that violates the usage rules or involves fraud, forgery, infringement, or misleading content
How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] within 7 days after payment and include your account email, payment time, and order or payment receipt. We will review the credit records and generation records before processing the request.
